2001-2002 Supreme Court Docket
[The Court heard oral arguments in 78 cases during its 2001-02 term. Transcripts are available for all the oral arguments.] Of the 78 cases, the Court split 5-4 in 21 (or more than 1/4) of the cases. In another 12 cases, there were three dissenters; in eight cases, there were 2 dissenters; in five cases, there was a lone dissenter; and 29 cases were unanimous. Three were dismissed.
